Founded by championship‑level coach, Ned Bowen, NB18 Lacrosse is an elite, defense-first lacrosse program built on precision reps, curated competition, and composure under pressure. Our curriculum spans from footwork, stickwork, checks and timing, communication/defensive vocabulary, contact mechanics, disrupting‑and‑recovery principles, ride/clear systems, to the mental mindset required to win each possession.

- Defense‑only training
- Film and performance breakdown
